All appeals and complaints are taken seriously and transparent processes assist in providing confidence to complainants that any comments will be responded to in a timely manner.
Curtin University of Technology has policy and procedures that provide guidance on the avenues through which an appeal or complaint can be made.
Upon completion of the appeal or complaint process, if you are not satisfied that the outlined process or procedure for dealing with your comments has been adhered to, internal and external agencies are available to you to contact.
