Alignment of the Plans
The following diagram represents an overview of the Strategic Plan. It highlights the four major components. The Strategic Plan will be monitored through a series of Indicators of Success that have targets and measures linked to them. The Indicators of Success and associated targets and measures have been designed to provide an overall indication of how the University is progressing towards the achievement of its Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives.
