Making a difference
Curtin has offered scholarships for many years and during the past few years we have developed a comprehensive 'scholarships program' for future students.
Curtin's scholarships program:
- Rewards future students for their academic excellence through our Academic Merit and Top TER scholarships
- Seeks out community leaders and innovative future students through The John Curtin Undergraduate and Innovation scholarships
- Acknowledges and supports those who strive and overcome difficulties to pursue their studies at Curtin through our Access and Principals Recommendation scholarships
- Builds relationships with local and national industries, for example BHP Billiton, Alcoa and Worsley Alumina
- Fosters lifelong links with our students through the Alumni scholarship scheme
- Expands our students horizons through our Study Abroad scheme
- Supports current students with financial support grants
- Meets rural and socio-economic needs through the Commonwealth Scholarships program
