Granduates

A few years of learning.
A life-long association.
Curtin's global alumni network.

Your relationship with Curtin doesn't end with graduation - instead, it's simply a milestone in a lifetime relationship with the University. Each year over 6,000 students graduate from Curtin and automatically join our global alumni, which is currently around 120,000 strong. We are committed to keeping the alumni network healthy, by fostering lifelong partnerships between graduates and friends of Curtin.

There are several ways you can get involved with Curtin's global alumni network and benefit socially and professionally. The Alumni website has more comprehensive information, but here's how you can get involved through an alumni 'chapter'.

Alumni chapters

Chapters are groups of graduates that have come together for a common purpose because of their shared experience. This purpose is usually to inform and involve alumni, students, parents and friends of Curtin through a variety of social, professional, educational, charitable and community service activities.

Chapters also provide members with a means of maintaining links with former classmates, other alumni, industry and professional associations.

Chapters can be formed by alumni from:

  • a particular region (e.g. international alumni like the Philippines Chapter)
  • a specific area of study (e.g. Social Work Chapter, Graduate School of Business Chapter)
  • a class year that may wish to coordinate an anniversary or reunion
  • a non-study area within Curtin (e.g. Housing)

This means you can be involved in various chapters depending on what level or type of association you wish to have with your fellow alumni. If you're interested in getting together with other Curtin alumni you may want to think about forming an alumni chapter. View more information on chapters.
