Our strong global reputation has seen us rise up the international university rankings in recent years. We’re now ranked in the top one per cent of universities worldwide in the Academic Ranking of World Universities 2018 and have risen to 230th in the world in the QS World University Ranking 2019-20.
The 2018 Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) report also found that Curtin graduates with a postgraduate degree earned the highest salaries among their graduate peers in Western Australia.
When you join Curtin, you join an international family. Around a quarter of our students come from a country outside Australia, which adds a valuable dimension to your university experience, both in and out of the classroom.
We have also ranked 55th in the world in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking (THEWUR) ranking of the top 351 institutions under 50 years of age, up from 68th previously, and we have risen to 9th in Australia, up from 12th in the last edition.
